生活在继续出差随记

出差在飞机上无所事事，只能翻看厚厚的航空杂志来打发时间。

这种杂志里的内容往往都是以广告图片居多，感觉通篇都闪耀着金属光泽，倒是很适合旅行中的人随手翻阅。翻到一页，里面的内容吸引了我。

照旧还是大块大块的图片，之间的夹缝中爬满了小小的蚁字，那篇文章的名字已经忘记了，图片全是上海还保存着的那些半中半欧式的小巷。

窄窄的街道两边是一人怀抱的梧桐树，浓密的树荫将画面调成了冷色调，几个寥落的行人散落着，是梳着典雅发髻的女士挽着衣着含蓄的先生悠闲地散步，头发染得五颜六色的年轻人是不会去那种地方的。

两旁则全是两三层楼的独家小院，墙上密布着藤萝，最上头敞开的窗台会置一盆在风中微颤的马蹄莲，几乎能听到那些簌簌的落叶刮在柏油路上时发出的像蚕食桑叶的沙沙声，若不是街边停驻的汽车，几乎就是一个与变换匆匆的外世隔绝的所在。

淡如水的生活却饱含挚情

家里的茶几上放了一盘青枣，刚进家门鞋都没换就几乎想也没想抓起来就扔进嘴里。

杨黼一听当然很高兴，就问哪里能够找得到活佛。

想看透人世间的红尘情缘，于是就钻进了道法的世界，为了修道得正果，他把儿女私情抛掷脑后，一心修道。

可是他却还是放不下心里的挂念，他有爱不能言，有情不能动，慢慢地他变得麻木不人，冷酷无情，成了一位无情无义无心无我的道士。

一晃就是8年，在这8年里他尝尽了人世间的悲欢离合。 有一天他下山，恰巧遇到了那姑娘的丫鬟，得知小姐在这8年里也一直等着他，因为日思夜想，长久下来得了相思病，茶饭不思。

三年前小姐就一病不起，现在就是靠药维持生命，希望心上人能去见她一面，也许她没有多长时间了。

道士〈穷书生〉听了，就来到了姑娘的家里，看望了姑娘。姑娘含泪不语，希望书生能留下，以续前缘。

可是书生顾念着自己已修了道，最后还是走了，在走的时候落了一滴泪水在姑娘的手心中。

看来这８年来他唯一尚存的可能就只有这滴泪水了吧，他心里到底怎么想恐怕就只有他自己知道了。书生回到观里，把这件事告诉了师傅。

师傅却说：“傻徒弟，如果一个没有情义的人修习道法，那就是羞辱道。天下无道，道却在人心，所谓道法自然，无须强求。

不要以为道士就是无情人，其实道士是最有情义的。

书生听后泪如雨下，他马上赶回姑娘家，可是已经晚了，姑娘在他走后的第二天，想想今世相聚无望，就悬梁自尽了，留下的只有一封给书生的信：

“前世你我有缘无份，不能和你双宿双飞，今生亦是如此，但愿来生......想必来生能和你在一起．永永远远等着你的人。”姑娘来到了冥界，迟迟不愿意投胎，苦苦等待书生。

真是造物弄人，哎！世间情爱就是如此啊！爱到深处天地动。可是，书生决心修道得正果． 姑娘在冥界等了他九世，也没遇见他，终于她变成了一座石桥。

这时已经过了二千七百年，书生也来到了冥界，正准备去投胎，经过这座桥时累了，想坐下来休息，突然他发现了什么.

一颗晶莹剔透的晶体，2700米高空落下的那颗眼泪，他觉得这里似乎有他熟悉的气息。

这时候石桥说了：“是我！我等了你好久，终于等到你了，现在我们可以在一起了。”

于是书生就化作桥下的“溪水”，也就是所谓的孟婆汤了，当然姑娘也就成了传说中的奈何桥。

乌镇西栏秀丽与妩媚并重

小时候常听爸爸说，往南走一千，不往北走一砖。可见南方小桥流水人家的魅力有多么大了。

嘉兴的乌镇，早已耳熟能详的地方了，这次到乌镇西栅却更令我欣喜呢，因为西栅比东栅要大三四倍的景区。乌镇的魅力在于它保留了古色古香的原有味道，处处充满了童真童趣。女人应该是江南的灵魂，多少文人墨客笔下的江南女子，如韦庄诗：“垆边人似月，皓腕凝霜雪。”就是这样描述的，令人牵魂。

我最眷恋古镇的是，拉开那扇门，一汪清水呈现在脚下，清新的气息朴面而来，素面的女人披着长发，一脸的悠然神情，抱着洗衣服的木盆迈出水阁，坐在小河边，仰望着小船悠悠，乌镇的气质特别之处也是因了水阁的独特魅力。

生活在现在都市里的人们，总想到一个纯真的世界去领略它的秀丽和妩媚，所以说，乌镇以它独有的性情，吸引了无数国内外游人。

我把同事喊过来拍了一张这样的镜头，回目一笑百媚生。

乌镇的管理很规范，西栅没有一家商铺。我看到有一门户开着，他们家里面摆满了小饰品，当我刚抬迈脚进去的时候。

“游客请不要进去。”一位不知何时等待在这里的治安人员制止着我。他穿着一身黑色的制服，天气非常热，如此坚守在此，乌镇少了商业味道。

“不好意思啊。”我歉意地赶快退出了那个木门人家。

我慢慢地跟随同事游走着，看到一家手工制作铜锁的人家，实在是太吸引我了，我最喜欢这种手工艺品，这是一种过去人家大门上用的，当我陶醉在工匠精心制作中时，突然发现，同事不知道什么时候都已经走了。

微风袭来，减缓了热气，一梢工摇橹咿呀，出现在眼前，这一幅美丽的画面早已熟悉的，我还是想用相机把它拍了下来。乌镇现在是一群老人在默默地守候着，展示着一种古老的生活。

这里所说的“老”与“新”，不是指年龄，而是说婚龄。

妻（心满意足地）：行啊老公，我发现你的审美观越来越棒了！

夫：那还不是你领导得好？（心说：那种话你也信，你还真不是一般的傻呢！）

有人说，女人是用耳朵在恋爱。如何滴水不漏地回答妻子的各种提问，差不多是丈夫的一门必修课。熟能生巧。男人做丈夫的时间越长，回答老婆问题的技巧也就越炉火纯青。

不过，丈夫嘴甜，对女人到底是好事还是坏事，就是另外一个话题了。

西湖犹如酝酿越品越香

心向杭州西湖，这是我儿时的梦想，因为孩提时代看了电影《水漫金山》后，心里就一直愤愤不平，为善良、勤勉的许仙叫冤，在我当时看来，或许是法海和尚吃醋，结果把一个美丽、贤惠的姑娘压在了雷锋塔下，白白地断送了许仙的一段美好姻缘。

于是从那时候起，我就在心里这样想，假如哪天有机会到了杭州去，一定要搞掉雷峰塔，把善良美丽的蛇精放出来，尤其不要让它再去伤害无辜的百姓了。

向往杭州西湖，也是青年时期我的夙愿，因为在教科书上读到过西湖的美，在网络上也看到了关于西湖美的介绍，尤其是哥哥前些年因为在杭州参加学术活动，自然少不了去西湖一游，回来后他谈及去西湖的体验，简直就像看了最新的美国大片一样，让我更是期盼何时能前往。

时光荏苒，转瞬即逝。从儿时算起，至今已有三十多年了，自己仍旧没有找到前去的充足理由，也许是孩童时期的锐气和正义感消减了，也许是知道了这只是一个虚无的故事而已，也许西湖的美还真没有达到打动我的程度，尽管走南闯北也去了不少地方，但杭州西湖却是至今的遗憾。

真是“有心栽花花不成，无心插柳柳成荫”。今年有一个会议要在浙江召开，因而有幸前往浙江杭州。可是去时却不显良机，我们下榻的宾馆是杭州海外海，由于计划时间来去总共只有两天，而安排的第一天是把灵隐寺和西湖走完，结果到了灵隐寺，大雨却下过不停，由此打乱了我们的计划。因而只好参观完寺院、朝拜了观世音后，就不得不驱车回到住地。坐在轿车里，看到车窗外淅淅沥沥的小雨，心里不由得感到遗憾与惆怅。

第二天的主题是购物，西湖也就没有纳入行程安排，因为时间确实难以调剂过来，毕竟我们出川已经七天了。我便借同事们到超市购物之际，独自一人打的去了心慕已久的西湖。由于事先没有做足功课，来到西湖之后，自然要了解的是西湖的历史和现状了。

在西湖导游图上，西湖的基本情况一目了然，再也用不着我们到网络上去查找：西湖位居杭州市的心脏，处于市中心的西部，旧称武林水、钱塘湖、西子湖，宋代才开始称之为西湖。西湖以秀丽的湖光山色和众多的名胜古迹闻名中外，是我国著名的旅游胜地，也被誉为人间天堂。

整个景区以西湖为中心，分为湖滨区、湖心区、北山区、南山区和钱塘区五个部分，总面积达49平方公里，是都市里难得一见的景观。

西湖，其独具特色的魅力和风韵，自然醉倒了不少的中外游客，尤其是文人墨客对此倾注了无限情感，抒写出了不少令人称绝的佳句美文，诸如“花开花落红颜泯，一笑抚琴音容在，慕才亭下细雨中，不觉时光已千年”、“江南忆，最忆是杭州，山寺月中寻桂子，郡亭枕上看潮头。

何日更重游”以及“自别钱塘山水后，不多饮酒懒吟诗，欲将此意凭回槕，报与西湖风月知”等等脍炙人口的文章，犹如一份份美味佳肴，呈送给了炎黄子孙千千万。

我算不上文人，但作为文字工作者，对西湖的美也多怀柔情，道不是能够尽享西湖晴天水潋滟、雨天山空蒙，更无闲感知“春花、秋月、夏荷、冬雪”之美态，而是多少兼具了一些文人的柔情气质。

当我顺着湖边来到立西湖碑文地时，艳阳下的西湖就更是格外的俊美，犹如画家笔下的杰作一样，近处的杨柳和行人清晰可见，杨柳是那样的绿色匆匆，不觉会使你有一种生命张力的浮现，游人又是那样的悠闲自得，江南人生活的恬静让你倍感欣慰，这真是一幅无污染的绿色生态景象；中景是湖泊中的船只，还有那船上幸福荡漾脸上的游客，由于距离的拉开越发显得小巧，也会让你感受到江南少女般小鸟依人的美；

再放眼望去，远景更是漂亮了，不过那不是近景般的明静美，而是一种依稀可见的朦胧美，哪怕是高耸入云的雷峰塔，仍旧小巧得难以看清尊容，正是这种美丽的存在，倒使你更加感受到了西湖的宏大与柔美之中的霸气，因为在我的记忆之中，城市之心是少有如此景观的，自然也显示出了其稀缺的珍贵。

不过，要说西湖的美，我倒觉得西湖的水很美，其静如一面镜，树影倒映其中，同样保持着树的形态，也一样可见树的色彩；

其清澈如明玻，穿影透形，既可对湖梳妆，也可一览湖中之鱼，真是水上水下交相辉映，更是可以清心明智，使人豁达开朗；其动如太极推手，可载游客度步四方，赏得西湖美景，虽不能展示水滴石穿的力量之美，但却显示了水能载舟的承载之力。

同时，西湖的水贵在珍稀，环顾世界各地城市，在市中心能有如此之大的湖泊，实属罕见，所以让多少游客神往西湖。

西湖不仅水美，而且西湖的山也独具特色。不高，若与华山相比较，那就只能算是小丘了，但却不失山的壮观和气派，这或许就是江南的特质，因为江南的山不以高称奇，也不以大称雄，而是如江南美女一般，以小而俊见长。

正是这些小山的映衬，道使西湖更显灵气了。假如没有山的话，那雷峰塔就不会存在，因为在我的记忆里，塔与山相连，当然也不是绝对的，比如成都享有都市第一禅林的文殊院，其院中之塔也具魅力，不过与山中之塔相比，还是会失去丰富的内涵，可就是这江南山水的相融，却使西湖更显妩媚，正应验了俗话说的，有山则名，有水则灵。或许就是这个道理，才成就了其美名远扬。

西湖的山俊俏、水灵气、人更美丽。真的，苏杭二州出美女。这次到了杭州，真是感觉到了杭州美女的存在，首先是杭州女子的外在美，杭州女子的身材绝对的匀称，你走在大街上，很难见到身体臃肿的人，似乎这江南女孩多爱健身美体，其实也不然。在我们与当地官员交流中发现，有位朋友其已近60岁了，但看上去却像40多岁的样子，这自然是以成都为标。

因此说，江南美女身材的诀窍，或许是地域气候，乃至习惯于清淡的生活使然。江南美女之美，还在其内在之美，大气洒脱，不失内涵。比如我在西湖逛玩时，想留下一张到此一游的照片，随便叫一位美女帮助拍摄一下，其都会十分地乐意，这不由地使人感到惬意，因为人与人互动的流畅，不仅可以激发内心的活力，而且可以促进情感的互动，甚或体现一个地方的文明程度。

美丽的西子湖畔，除却人美、山美和水美，还有一副更美的景观，那就是一对对情侣漫步湖畔，加之少老同乐度舟的景色映衬，将整个西湖点缀得更加热闹非凡。因此要到了杭州，西湖算是最好的游玩处。

久远的回忆关于老屋

由于进出的门亘久地紧锁着，老屋倾圮了。除了茂盛着野草与虫鸣，倾圮的老屋不再演绎故事，只有曾经的回忆继续着它的生命。

倾圮的老屋进出不再需要门，但门仍斑驳地站立着，门不说话，一把锈蚀的锁让它三缄其口。

老屋的门曾经敞开。

敞开的门不只是守望着人的进进出出，更是守望着一片轮回的风景。

ipad超越经典值得期待的新功能

要说今年数码市场上最引人关注的产品，那毫无疑问是苹果的平板电脑iPad.

利人利已学会管理

江山代有才人出!眼看80后已人至中层，一大部分60后、70后销售人员却因文化素养不高、综合能力不全面等原因，不得不沦为80后的下属，教育、价值观等不对称因素带来的诸多管理矛盾越来越多。

60后、70后对80后很是不服，我走过的桥比他走的路还长，他还在我们面前臭显摆。80后老觉得60后、70后难以驾驭，有时候也摆谱拿架子以显权威!

要是针尖对麦芒，必然两败俱伤。80后上司和60后下属不能抱着“Who怕Who”的心态硬顶，大家都是给老板打工的，用不着你死我活。管理是一门艺术，尤其是双方有各种各样的代沟时，管理者与被管理者都应调整!

80后：认清现实再奋发

一要大公无私

AA制的付费已经在80后群体中形成了习惯，也是非常符合人性化的科学支付方式。但60后、70后难以理解。在这些大龄下属面前，尽量不要均摊买单，主动买单还要买全单。

老板给自己的奖金不要独吞，认为是自己应得的。拿出一部分分配给下属，再请他们去撮一顿，共同分享胜利的喜悦。评优评先，要积极为下属争取，必要时让出本属于自己的荣誉，他们会觉得你年龄虽小，但还是很有领导风范的。

二要讲究方法

在分配一件具体的工作时，会有两种不同的表达形式。你可以说“你明天下班前必须把这件事情做完!”也可以说“让你做这件事情是因为你比我跟其他人更专业，更有经验，相信你会在明天下班前很好地完成!”

同样是布置一项工作任务，前者会让60后、70后很难接受，产生严重的反抗心理，任务很难完成;后者带着尊敬与褒奖，一定会完成得很好。

80后管理者大多缺乏处理事情的技巧与尺度。处理事情前，充分想好沟通的态度、语言的组合，就不会招致太多的反对意见与情绪。

三要善做思想工作

管理者要能体恤下属，洞察民情。明明知道公司分配的销售目标有点偏高，要与他们深度沟通，才能得到支持与理解。

销售任务没有如期完成，不可动不动就妄加指责。做一次长聊，答疑解难，矛盾就会自然化解。善解人意的领导会让下属对你心存感激。

四要深谋远虑

80后学习能力强，观念也很新颖，思路也很开阔，可普遍不习惯深度思考。要让60后、70后下属觉得你很成熟稳重，就要深思熟虑。出台的政策要反复推敲，直至无懈可击。一场大型的促销活动、一次经销商联谊会、一个总结会，都需通过多次论证，把所有环节安排得错落有致。每个步骤都有条不紊，每项工作分工明确，每种物料准备毫厘不差，每个细节井井有条。这些都能显示出你的规划能力、预见能力、统筹能力等综合素质。

五要遵守原则

会有不少80后经理们对60后、70后尊敬过度，为了顾及他们的面子，争取他们的支持，放弃原则，在是非对错问题上缩手缩脚。有时对违规违纪的行为睁一只眼闭只一眼，有些甚至让他们在自己面前讲条件，制定的政策朝令夕改等等，这些都是没有原则的表现。

70后：认识到**发展的趋势

现如今，80后处级干部比比皆是，科级干部不胜枚举，年轻的厅级干部也早有耳闻了，美国还有80后的国会议员呢!这些都是时代发展的趋势，如果不能慨然对之，只会让我们处在极度不平衡的矛盾之中。

认识到自身的不足

人无完人，金无足赤。被80后管理，只能说明自身确实与他们有着或多或少的差距。有差距不怕，关键是要能客观、清晰地认识到自身的不足，认真剖析造成这些差距的原因。

认识到80后的不足

知道领导的不足是为了更好地规避、更好地去磨合。

不要有事没事就打电话汇报、沟通，征求意见。上世纪70年代中期前出生的领导干部最喜欢听汇报，很喜欢下属给他们打电话，认为这是对他们的尊重。

80后的领导者可能就不这么认为了。你分内的工作不断地到他们那里求证，只会让他们认为你是个无能的下属，对你工作胜任度产生质疑。

另外，有什么不满与委屈只需自己消化，不要祈求他们能给你一丝慰藉。

必须摆正心态

年龄不代表能力。年龄在很多方面并不是什么优势，特别是在用业绩说话的营销领域。对80后上司的排斥，主要还是自以为是的自尊心在作祟。销售业绩的好坏跟销售状态有着必然的联系，整天心存不满，情绪化做事，销售业绩肯定不会好。

要有自知之明，你现在的工作层级已经说明了你的劣势。保持“空杯心态”，不断地学习进步。随时要有职业危机感，千万别跟自己过不去，你那无谓的抵触是在拿你家庭的生活重任和自己的职业机会在做赌注，实在得不偿失。

必须找准位置

自己处在什么样的职位，又赋予了怎样的职责?60后、70后下属对自己所处的岗位定位要很清晰。无事生非是寻衅滋事的根源，空虚是庸人自扰的内在原因。

职位没有卑贱之分，你的岗位在营销环节里至关重要。认真做事才能把事情做完，用心做事才能把事情做得更好。尝试一下，把每个阶段的销售目标都完成得很漂亮，本职工作发挥得淋漓尽致，就会感觉很充实。至于你的上司是否比你年轻类的杂念困扰，也就烟消云散了。

必须树立目标

销售队伍中，总会有那么一批自暴自弃的老油条存在。说起话来油腔滑调，工作起来漫不经心;造谣惑众、搬弄是非是他们的强项，这类销售人员往往是80后管理者的劲敌。60后、70后的大龄销售人员，如果放弃了自己的职业目标规划，慢慢就会让自己堕落成为业务老油条，成了营销职场的流浪汉。

认识到工作的本质

明确了工作目的与愿景，你在为谁工作?有了这种境界，谁是你的领导、领导是否很年轻等现实，就不是困惑你的问题了。

70后学会做80后的幕僚

领导上司？那究竟谁是谁的上司？

这话听来匪夷所思，但心理学博士汪冰指出，通过技巧和方法，大下属和小上司完全能够达成良好互动。高情商的大下属不但有能力保持自己的话语权，甚至有间接 “领导”自己的上司的能力。前提是——认可共同的目标。

接纳80后领导，尤其是平级变上级，对资深70后而言需要过程。

下属对上司心怀敌意，上司就要就处处体现领导的权力和能量。双方都对对方充满警惕，根本无法良性沟通。因此，设法和小上司达成良性沟通，解除双方的防御是 第一步。

如何解除防御呢，释放“安全信号”呢？

“赵赵，你当我们的领导了，太好了！这下我们可以把更多可操作的销售手段好好发挥一下了！”“赵赵，不要担心，我会把我的经验和你分享的，有什么难处大家 一起商量！”

听到这些来自于大下属的话，自信心不足的80后小上司知道大下属乐于帮助她，愿意接受她，就会放下焦虑，解除防御。

间接参与管理 和小上司共赢

当80后小上司解除了防御后，就会乐于和你合作。

你需要灵感和新点子，他需要丰富的工作经验。当你以开放的心态去和小上司分享工作经验时，你们的合作会迸 发出强大的能量，小上司也会因此信任和依赖你。

你的意见会被小上司采纳、实施；你的话语权不但没有丢失，还因为经验丰富而显得更加重要。

甚至，不知不觉 间，你已经间接参与到企业管理中，用另一种方式扮演着上司的角色。

贡献经验，开放心态，善意合作。不要去和你的小上司比较，想自己为什么没当上司，而是帮助小上司。
